PROJEKTPLAN is a powerful and innovative engineering office whose main field of activity is the complex project management of industrial investment projects. We have established our core area in the paper and pulp industry. We support our customers from the initial idea to the commissioning of new projects. Our business premises are in Dohna/Saxony near Dresden.

With our services, we advise and support our customers at home and abroad on all questions regarding project approval, preparation and execution. Through good collaboration and cooperation, we find solutions that match your ideas. We make it our core competency to work with you to find the most technologically, economically and economically efficient solution for your projects.

Our experienced team is made up of permanent staff and, if necessary, external partners. We use long-standing contacts and expertise. Our approach to planning, project management and execution of projects is based on tried and tested methods and routines. This means we guarantee efficient project preparation and implementation.

Against the background of the complex administrative politics in Germany, one of our main services is the formulation of full approval decision documents for our customers according to the „Bundes-Immissionsschutz-Gesetz (BImSchG)“ or only in some parts, for example the water rights according to the „Wasser-Haushalts-Gesetz (WHG)“.

Caused by the dramatic reduction of the services in Germany of a large worldwide operating planning and consulting company in the year 2010, parts of the main crew consolidated and founded PROJEKTPLAN on November 1st, 2010.

By the use of long standing project experience with different businesses, the background for further cooperation was given by the existing contacts. Now our special strength, the individual consultant and assistance during the projects has already convinced new customers.

In 2014, the product portfolio was expanded by founding Loop-Plan Elektro- und Automations-Planungsgesellschaft mbH, based in the same office space. This means that industrial projects can now be planned extensively using our own resources. There are now 5 employees at Loop-Plan GmbH (www.loop-plan.de).

Since 2021, we have been bundling existing resources and are able to produce individual 3D display models for our customers. A professional 3D printer is available for this purpose.
